These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the PegAIsus website, products, AI Employee solutions, software, services, demonstrations, and related content. By accessing our website or using any PegAIsus services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms govern your use of the PegAIsus website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. About PegAIsus
PegAIsus develops AI Employee solutions that automate customer communications and operational workflows. Our services include AI Employees, Voice AI, CRM integrations, WhatsApp automation, workflow automation, reporting, analytics, and custom AI solutions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have authority to represent your company where applicable, and use the services only for lawful business purposes.
4. Services
PegAIsus provides software, implementation services, consulting, automation, integrations, AI configuration, and ongoing optimisation. Some services may require a separate commercial agreement or proposal.
5. AI Employee Services
AI Employees may answer enquiries, qualify leads, book appointments, automate communications, and support operations. AI responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Customers remain responsible for appropriate human oversight.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information, obtain required consents, comply with applicable privacy laws, review AI configurations, secure credentials, and notify PegAIsus of security concerns. Customers remain responsible for decisions made using AI-generated outputs.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use PegAIsus for illegal activities, unlawful content, spam, malware, unauthorised access, reverse engineering, copying services without permission, or interference with platform security. PegAIsus may suspend services for misuse.
8. Intellectual Property
All PegAIsus intellectual property—including software, AI prompts, workflows, branding, logos, content, documentation, source code, designs, and graphics—remains the exclusive property of PegAIsus unless agreed otherwise in writing. Customers receive a limited licence to use purchased services.
9. Third-Party Integrations
PegAIsus may integrate with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, calendars, WhatsApp Business, email providers, telephony systems, and payment providers. PegAIsus is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or failures.
10. Fees & Payments
Applicable fees are stated in proposals or agreements. Subscription fees are payable in advance; additional custom development may incur separate fees; late payment may result in suspension; and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
11. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable services, but do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free operation, or uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, and third-party outages may affect availability.
12. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
Artificial intelligence is assistive technology. PegAIsus does not guarantee AI-generated outputs are completely accurate, free of errors, or suitable for every situation. AI should not replace professional legal, financial, or medical advice.
13. Confidentiality
PegAIsus respects confidential business information. Where information is shared during implementation, both parties use reasonable efforts to protect it and not disclose it except to provide services or where required by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PegAIsus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption. Total liability is limited as set out in the relevant agreement or applicable law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold PegAIsus harmless against claims arising from misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, unlawful use of AI outputs, or breach of applicable laws.
16. Suspension & Termination
PegAIsus may suspend or terminate services where these Terms are breached, fees remain unpaid, fraud or abuse is suspected, or continued service would violate applicable laws. Customers may terminate services under their applicable service agreement.
17. Changes to Services or Terms
PegAIsus may improve services, introduce features, remove obsolete functionality, or update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the Last Updated date.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with laws governing PegAIsus and any mandatory consumer or commercial laws applicable to the parties.
